We believe the table is the most transformational object in human history. Across generations, we have gathered around it to celebrate life, mourn our losses, and dream about the future. It is where we share a meal—and so much more.

Table 33 began as a dream in 2014: to grow people through the power of service—to create a place where our employees could discover their gifts, develop their confidence, and expand what they believed possible for their lives. From the beginning, we also dreamed of bringing that purpose to the Dayton Arcade, if it ever came back to life. Today, the Arcade is our home. Growing people remains our purpose.

Community is at the center of who we are. More than growing our business or our bottom line, we exist to grow and expand the lives of our employees by modeling our belief in the power of service. When we care for our people, they carry that care to every person at the table.

Each month, we welcome around 10,000 people to downtown Dayton. We consider it the honor of a lifetime to be at the center of—and shoulder to shoulder with—those bringing life back to our city by serving others and meeting their needs.
